When will my order ship?

Our processing time is 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order is shipped.

What is your return policy?

We are confident that you will love your new piece of jewelry! But in case your new piece is not quite working for you, we accept returns up to 14 days after receiving your order. We will refund the price of the jewelry upon receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are not included in the refund, buyer is also responsible for return shipping costs. Be sure to obtain a tracking number when shipping returned items so that we are able to track the package if needed. 

Does my jewelry come with a warranty?

Yes! Email us at within 90 days of receiving your item if you have any issues.

What materials are your jewelry pieces made from?

Most of our products are made with Gold-Filled material which is much more durable than gold-plated jewelry. The thick layer of gold bonded to a base metal core makes it resistant to tarnishing, chipping, and fading. Please check the product details for more information.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time we only offer shipping to destinations in the US.

How do I know which size to order?

We recommend measuring the length of necklace or bracelet you would like prior to purchasing. If you don't have a tape measure, no worries! You can use a string or your favorite piece of jewelry to determine the length you would like. Then, measure on a ruler or yard stick to get the closest match.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions. Store your pieces in a clean, dry place when not in use, and gently clean them with a soft cloth to remove any dirt or tarnish.
